Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, William Massey has been drawn to folk and Southern roots music from an early age. His style has been influenced by playing with various musicians all over the world; from the island of Yap in Micronesia, to South Bend, Indiana, and most recently down to Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. Massey’s music is inspired by artists such as Jason Isbell, Caamp, Tyler Childers, Widespread Panic, and The Avett Brothers to name a few. Come on out to CBB and hear William play!
