We are looking for an upbeat energetic bartender/server to join the Brew Crew at Creek Bottom Brewing.
Responsibilities
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Present restaurant menus and advise on food and beverage choices
• Take and serve orders
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Prepare and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Complete cleaning checklist prior to end of shift
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent customer experience
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Bartender & Server
• Relevant training certificate
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
